I'm responsible for the automated programming that you listen to on KOSW. I help with the locating and training of new volunteers. I also am in contact with the record companies working on getting new music as well as CDs to give away. As Program Director, I assist the Station Manager in keeping the station within the FCC rules and guidelines.

I love to play great music from different parts of the Latin world, including Latin jazz, hot salsa, mambo, and romantic boleros. Each week I dedicate my show to a different artist, or country, or special event, like Cinco de Mayo. "Salsa with Soul" is about sharing the love for my culture with my listeners through music. Music is an important part of my life; as a dancer, I love to perform it, and as a DJ, I love to share it with others.
